• Withdrawals to a Malaysian bank account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name only
• GG999 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits
• In the event of any suspicious activity, gg999 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of an investigation

4Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

GG999 offers a wide range of attractive bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specified wagering (rollover) requirements and must be met before any withdrawal is permitted.

General Bonus Terms

Sports Betting

• GG999 reserves the right to void or adjust bets in the event of a technical error or inaccurate odds information
• Wagers accepted before the start of a match are final unless otherwise stated
• If an event is cancelled or postponed by more than 24 hours, all related wagers will be refunded to the player's account
• The official results issued by the relevant sports authority are final in determining wagering outcomes

• Registering multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage
• Sharing your login credentials or allowing others to access your account
• Using another person's credit card or payment method without authorisation

7Account Security & Player Responsibility

Conversely, members also have the right to close their gg999 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance in the account will be refunded upon completion of the required verification process, provided there are no active restrictions or investigations on the account.

GG999 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. GG999 shall not be liable for:

11Law Applicable

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the gg999 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should a resolution not be reached through negotiation, the parties agree to refer the dispute to a mutually agreed arbitration body.
